Last Friday I went to open a bank account and Juanita (Jay) helped me, and I want to sincerely thank her for her excellent work and customer service. I want to thank her for her effort; if it hadn't been for her that day, I would have left without being able to open the account. From the bottom of my heart, thank you again.
