Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with Kayann Blackwoood at the Wells Fargo branch located at Military Trail and Linton Ave in Delray Beach, Florida. I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked into the bank and was introduced to her, Ms. Blackwood radiated professionalism and intelligence, making the process of opening a new checking account not only seamless but also enjoyable. The Spanish guy that works there as customer service, is so racist, I really hope He gets fired, I wanted to open a bank account and He rejected my IDs with a trerible attitude, so I had to go to Bank of America instead, they opened my account with no problem at all, but that Spanish guy is so conceited.
The management of this branch is never available. They are always unwilling to help. I think like this: if you don’t like the job, then look for something better. Don’t get in the way of those who do business with the bank. Don’t get in the way of those who bring money to the bank. We give them our money, they charge high fees, and when we want to talk to them—no, they can’t. They are never available.
Very rude bitter lady Salma, she really don't need to be in customer service. If I could leave a 0 star I would. Very disappointing 😢 to top it off she refused to finish my transaction while the manager were in fact present. I guess customers don't come first here and I'm very upset. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I started with Wachovia. It's definitely time to switch banks. Unacceptable.
