The worst branch, the worst the worst everything the service is horrible. Everything is horrible about this branch.
I went to the branch to try to straighten out a problem with my account I spoke with several people they gave me some wrong information but manager believe her name is Petra she gave me a right information I was a little hot apology but she was very professional and I could've been a little nice I thought she was a professional and a good person
Last Friday I went to open a bank account and Juanita (Jay) helped me, and I want to sincerely thank her for her excellent work and customer service. I want to thank her for her effort; if it hadn't been for her that day, I would have left without being able to open the account. From the bottom of my heart, thank you again. I highly recommend Jay for her professionalism.
