I do just simple banking. Everyone has only been friendly and helpful. I suppose if I had a complicated banking situation, I’d go to a bigger branch. Kind of a no brainer. Very convenient for me.
Irs not bad for a branch for a supermarket. It will work in a pinch and small quick things. More exotic/complex might mean a trip to a vigger branch. I do like the later 7pm Time.
You would think the main branch of a mega bank in a mega city with a busy airport would have Euros! I traveled abroad twice this year. For both trips, I went to this branch only to be told, 'No Euros' ! Pretty sad! My bad for having higher expectations. I'd give them one star except they were polite.
I would never come to this location ever again after today. I went to get get some change and I was told as of Feb 23rd that they no longer could give no more than $100 worth of change if I didn't have a business account. This is complete bs because I have gotten change before and over $100 even after the so called new Feb 23rd policy. It's not like I don't have an account with Wells Fargo. I actually had more money in my account than what I was asking to get change for so I don't understand what the hell was up with the lad... read more
