I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2017 and am disappointed by the customer service I received during my recent branch visiton on 6/18/2026. I was told to sit down because someone would be coming to assist me. After waiting about 10 minutes, I learned that the employee was actually on a lunch break and would not be available for another 10–15 minutes. Went there yesterday to cash a check my mortgage company sent me after paying off our home. The check was made out to me and drawn off of Wells Fargo. I do have an account there with my daughter that I opened when she was a teenager. I don’t use the account but she uses it frequently. I went through the drive thru and sent in the check and my drivers license. The older lady with white hair started questioning about if I had an account.
