I have been banking with Wells Fargo since 2002 and worked here too. I must say i am really disappointed with customer service at shore mall branch. They make you feel unwanted and uncomfortable and don't care if you take your business elsewhere. My farher went to cash a check that I made out to him. The teller gave him such hard time that he took the check back without cashing it. He was shocked at the unprofessional and rude attitude of the bank teller and supervisor.
