Well designed, good bank
Dee was very helpful when creating my checking account. She told me all the ways I could use the Wells Fargo app to keep track and manage my money. She’s a very wise person.

The branch manager “Dee” she’s incompetent and for someone that’s been with the bank for over 20 years knows very little. I had questions regarding a POA account which she did not know not even one answer to and constantly had to call her help center. Don’t get me wrong I love banking with Wells Fargo however I will never return to this branch again the manager DEE is clueless.
