Very disappointed in staff. Set up an appointment; Banker called and left me a message asking me to call back as they were having "software issues"; I had to call and leave a message on his phone 3 times and then called the main branch over and over again before I finally got ahold of the banker. My first message was 3 hours before my appointment. I wasn't able to contact anyone until about 5 minutes before my appointment, which ended up being cancelled. Trying to get a human being on the phone was quite an ordeal. I finally got ahold of someone by pressing "0" over and over. When I finally spoke with someone, he could not help me with my issue (locating old checking account records).
I’ve never seen a bank consistently drop the ball like this one. I’ve had my time wasted more times than I can count. Been lied to and mislead and they don’t follow their own corporate policies. There’s always 14 people working and only one teller talking to people with a line always almost out the door. Avoid at all costs
