I’ve never seen a bank consistently drop the ball like this one. I’ve had my time wasted more times than I can count. Been lied to and mislead and they don’t follow their own corporate policies. There’s always 14 people working and only one teller talking to people with a line always almost out the door. Avoid at all costs

Wow. Excellent service. 10 stars. Just wonderful!!! I had a Wells Fargo account that I had previously CLOSED, but I needed some help with official statements. Brandon Howard and Mohammad helped us! They spent an hour helping us not expecting anything in return. This is service. I am in awe of how great they were. They are an example of good banking. I am a physician and I will come back and open a joint account with them. 100% recommend. I will not do banking with any other bank but them. Just wonderful.
