They simply enable a feature that traps you into unexpected fees. Who is supposed to review all those documents when opening an account, and who checks the bank statements every month? Why not just send an email informing customers that this fee exists, and that if the feature is active, spending beyond your balance will result in a specific penalty?
I really wish I had seen these comments before opening my business account. Every time a new feature is activated, it comes with an unexpected charge first for exceeding the transaction balance, then a next-day service fee, and then something else the day after. It’s become too unpredictable and costly. I need to close my account with this bank as soon as possible.
Manager is rude the guy who helped doesn’t know know how to count, how is a manager not able to help me in a situation a manager should and comment that I don’t know how to count either. She needs to be fired I was entirely disrespected coming here I come to deposit money for my work all the time never had a terrible experience like this in my life don’t come here rude and can’t help
