Poor customer service they hangout the phone twice without explaining anything
Wait time for a teller to do a commercial deposit is ridiculous.
The best experience I've had at any branch or with Wells Fargo in general! I was helped by Joceline and she did in 20 minutes what 10+ people on the customer service lines could not. I've been having an issue with my Credit Card rewards and have been trying to get it fixed on the phone for the past month or so.
