Im coming to this bank for 29 years. Maybe not this one all the time. But I must admit that they have no respect for me and my son. Im possibly thinking about taking my business elsewhere. It's the two people in the bank. One is Daniel and some other girl. This is not professional.
Darlene is a great person, the way she helps you and speaks makes you feel welcome, and always with a gentle smile on her face.
I had a horrible experience with Darlene, the bank teller and Armando, the Supervisor. What could have been a 10 minute transaction to withdraw funds, took approximately an hour and a half due to poor communication and unwillingness to verify information with myself, the customer. After 30 minutes, I was told I would not be able to withdraw my personal funds which have been sitting in my account for a few days due to their “inability to verify funds” on their end.
