I was in line for 10 minutes, only 1 teller open, 2 other employees were just standing in the back behind the teller doing absolutely nothing. The teller said that I needed to wait for another employee to make a call to verify the check was light, his attitude was unprofessional.(he had a tattoo behind his left ear. Never go there without an appointment—actually, not even with one. Amber Pimentel made us wait for over an hour, and then told us to come back the next day because the system was down. It clearly didn't seem like the system was down; they just couldn't complete appointments on time. They could have informed us much earlier instead of making us wait, so I wouldn't have had to leave work early for nothing. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience due to the poor communication and lack of respect for customers' time.
This location needs employees who know basic stuff about banking. Omg.
