I came to this location this morning to cash a large check, even though I’m not a customer of this bank. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect. Will, at the teller counter, was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service, especially when you’re not even a client. Thank you, Will, for making my experience so pleasant!
I am updating my previous review because I gave this branch another chance, hoping my experience would be better. Unfortunately, it was not. I scheduled an appointment for notarization and another banking matter. The notary incorrectly added an unnecessary Jurat certificate, even though the document already contained its own notarial section.
