Least friendly people I have experienced. Switched to BOA up the road. One lady just stares out the window and comes out to harass everyone that parks there to confirm they aren’t gym customers. You know you can be a gym and a Wells Fargo member at the same time, right? In an empty bank parking lot. No wonder.
Marlon and the branch manager were friendly and helpful when opening a business account. I would give the highest rating possible. Other banks turned us away and this branch was welcoming and made the process easy. Thank you!!
I’d leave 0 stars if I could! No wonder all reviews on here are saying the same - terrible customer service in this location! I wouldn’t be surprised if this location shuts down, because the employees are not helpful even when they have no customers and the manager doesn’t care to lose clients like me who had been with the bank for over 14 years! Wells Fargo loses clients because of unprofessional and not helpful employees like in this location!
