⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a really unpleasant experience at the Wells Fargo in Stamford, CT. I parked in one of the customer spots, and an employee immediately got upset that I took the last space. She told me she’d have my car towed because she “knew” I wasn’t going to the bank — even though she literally watched me park. To prove her wrong, I waited in my car for about 15 minutes, then went inside and made a withdrawal just to make a point. Teller was very rude . No customer service manner. I believe her name was Lasandra . No smile , no thank you . Too busy on her cellphone!!!
Least friendly people I have experienced. Switched to BOA up the road. One lady just stares out the window and comes out to harass everyone that parks there to confirm they aren’t gym customers. You know you can be a gym and a Wells Fargo member at the same time, right? In an empty bank parking lot. No wonder.
