I walked into this branch and needed only one document notarized which would have taken all about 5 minutes. I was greeted by a gentleman and a suit stated that he had a 2:00 appointment. And then another Banker stated she was waiting for her 2:00 appointment. At this time it was 1:40 p.m. The man chewing on gum said that he was unable to notarize the document the female in the office asked me if I would want to make an appointment to notarize a document which would only Take less than 5 minutes to do. The reason why I opened an account here was because I went to Chase at 4:30 pm, and the posted they closed at 5 pm, and they wouldn’t open an account for me because it was too late. I went right across the street and they more than accommodating. They have been wonderful to work with since.
