Definitely going to be looking into switching banks next week. Wells Fargo doesnt have the time for their customers, not to answer the phone, not to sit down with a banker, they just push the online banking on you and hope to never see your face again. No thank you, customer service still means something to some people and it definitely means alot to me so ill just take my business somewhere else.

Had a 2pm appointment to speak with a banker. Arrived at 1:50 and waited for over 1 hour. Only 1 banker available. Bank is also very slow to answer phone
