Employee privacy and respect is Proper Management 101. I watched and listened, along with other customers and bank employees, as this supervisor/manager reprimanded an employee. There were visibly empty offices that she could have tactfully called the poor guy into and closed the door. She wasn't happy about his low-pressure sales approach with an older couple who came in. Consistently short-staffed and the ATM is always down. I just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru just to pull out cash because they can’t keep the ATM stocked and running. I never had these issues at the other Leesburg location that closed. Clearly corporate chose to close the wrong one.
What an absolute disaster of a financial institution. One banker working with a line out the door and a crowd of homeless people gathered by the door panhandling and the manager will not do anything about it. Now I have to take time out of my day to move all of my money to a local bank and close my accounts with Wells Fargo.
Tho place sucks I am a new member and this has been the WORST experiences of my life going here and it’s not just one time it’s all the time it’s either 3 hour wait or surprise close and the atm doesn’t work just like Mc Donald’s ice cream machine maybe it’s worse I just wanted some MY money and your holding it captive. I feel bad for the workers it’s like there getting tortured behind bars.
Worst run bank I have ever been in, one person behind the counter and at times 7 in line, manager needs replacing ASAP multiple people gave up and walked out, no customer service at all, changing bank.
