Grossly understaffed on Saturday, line is often out the door and long wait for service. The professionalism and courtesy of the tellers is the only thing preventing me from leaving a 1 star review. They deserve praise, a raise, and help !!
This afternoon my husband, Steve, had the good fortune to have Alysa (400 W. North Blvd.) assist him with a difficult matter regarding logging on to a computer with his personal bank account. She was of great assistance and his problem was soon solved. Alysa's smile was also a great asset. Keep up the great work!
