RecommendedVery pleasant experience at this location, very attentive and organized. Needed a notary so I could overnight some very important documents and they helped me right away. Will be using this Wells Fargo from now on.
Count your money when you cash your check. They have shorted someone I know 4 separate times. The most recent time was Saturday, and by 40 dollars.
Almost ten years I have been with this bank and have always been happy with them until now. Was double charged by a company and it messed up my account and then I am told I have to wait ten days with no money available because of something that wasn't my fault. Thanks for proving to me that Wells Fargo only sees people as a number. I think its time to find another bank for my business.
What’s the point of scheduling an appointment, being in time and they’re not prepared or ready to take you at your scheduled time.I time is valuable, it’s something I can’t get back. If I schedule an appointment it’s because I have things to do not because I want to wait. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Don’t say you appreciate or thank me for my patience.
This is my neighborhood branch and I use ATM, lobby and drive thru. The tellers and window associates could not be more helpful. The bankers are polite, but not helpful . Ive been in to ask for a print out of my mortgage statement. Denied-Could not be done. I needed a document notarized and witnessed, Denied/Could not be done. I had an appointment and showed up at the appointment time with my identification. how do I hate you? let me count the ways...I hate ur stupid menu that doesn't give me an option to speak w customer service immediately. I hate the fact when I have a fraudulent charge on my debit card u insist on shutting the whole card down and tell me to go to a branch to get a new card and all of them are closed due to covid(other banks are open) and I have to call for a appt- see reason #1 why I hate u. you charge for temp checks when u should be kissing loyal customers after all the trouble u get into. waited in line for over 30mins. waiting for a teller to be done with a customer , way under staffed for the amount of people waiting in line.. one cashier 20 mins. with ONE customer, it's just ridiculous..
Very slow, I’ve gone to other locations and this one is the worst. Corona Virus isn’t an excuse anymore, we’ve been like this for about 9months.
Willing to take my money but not let me use their bathroom. The banker suggested I use Walmart’s bathroom while she opens my account.
