I had a great experience at this Wells Fargo. David Bondoc was at the desk, and he was very kind, professional, and helpful with assisting me.
Roza sharifi definitely should be employee of the month. She has the patience of a saint.
Horrible customer service! Arrived to the branch at 9 AM and asked the lady for assistance for Xpress Send. She asked me if I had an appointment and told her I didn't. I was asked to wait because she had an appointment and could help me after she is done with the customer. Almost 15 minutes later, I got up from my seat since no one was showing up and the lady tells me that her customer was 15 minutes late and she was going to wait for them. I had the pleasure of interacting with the bank manager, Karina, whose professionalism and assistance were truly commendable. Her expertise and dedication made my banking experience seamless, and I appreciate the efficient support she provided. I am new to this branch and I will definitely do all future banking at this location!
Roza was awful and did absolutely nothing and told me I could sit and wait even though she was doing NOTHING!! Hate this branch!
