She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, addressing all my banking needs with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Elizabeth went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of efficiently. The bank itself was clean and well-organized, making my visit pleasant overall. ATM outside has been broken for more than a week - can’t get cash out and when I deposit cash it has not paper to print receipt
We had a great experience with Erick at this location, he went out of his way to help us as new home buyers with our wire transfer. He took extra time to educate us so we understood all of the paperwork and made sure to call and follow the next day!
