I've banked with Wells Fargo for almost 15 years, and have always appreciated their great customers service. This branch in particular is excellent - the people are always genuine, friendly, and efficient at helping me out. For example, I had to wire money overseas at one point and the teller wasn't familiar with the required paperwork. Instead of making me wait, she took down all of the information she needed and figured out the paperwork after I left. I really appreciated that.

Wells Fargo follows BoA in denying notary services to non-customers – My wife and I used to notarize our signatures at this branch all the time. Because the people were so friendly and helpful, we were considering opening an account with them for HELOC...Until two days ago they told my wife that now they only notarize for their customers. ("Tradition" started by BofA a couple of months ago.)
