I recently visited Wells Fargo to open a new account as a first-time customer. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. First of all, I had to wait for an unreasonably long time before I was finally able to speak with a representative. Despite the long wait, the representative seemed uninterested in helping me and didn't seem to have the necessary knowledge to answer my questions. On 2-1-23 at 1230 hrs I went in to open a new account with the bank but was told to come back 2 or 3 hrs later that there was nobody here to help. I guess I'm a chase member now.
