Do not go to this office. I walked in to request a cashier’s check, and they refused to release my own funds. The money has been in my account for over two months. Instead of assisting me, they began pushing investment products. Once I stated that I was moving my funds to another bank, their attitude immediately changed. Walked in today to no line. 2 people behind the counter just staring out. After 2-3 minutes, they said they'd be with me shortly. Another couple minutes later a manager walks in. Now 3 people and they can't help a customer. This is the last straw of Wells Fargo for me. I'll be signing up for one of those Chase offers next week. WF has been going downhill for years
They never answer their phone. Time to move to chase and let these fossil banks deteriorate.
Lovely branch. Went in a few months ago for a notary (sorry for the late review) I was helped by Amin. He was extremely kind and helpful! The entire staff was kind and helpful. Thank you for your help 🙏🏼😊
