Long time wait for notary they told me wait 10/15 minute only …manger no responsibility.. also all officers no respect. .drive thru..... they don’t care about customer.. .. very bed service .. 3/3/25 sucks bank I never seen in my life .. even manager they don’t no how to take care customer service.. bed attitude
This branch has made a 180 degrees change in the right direction. The bankers (like Roselinda L.) has provided me with an exceptional level of customer service. I will recommend others to stop by. Great Job, Wells Fargo NMB.
The cashier Maria has zero knowledge about her job, but she is very good at treating the customer BADLY. The manager sitting in a chair talking trash with others employees as if it were a hair salon, if you ask for help she gives you a very bad attitude. For God's sake, they say why Well Fargo is going bankrupt.
Do yourself a favor and stay clear. Just don't. This bank is like stepping back in time to 80s. Everything takes forever. Juan can barley type, so it takes him forever to input information. Plan to be here for at least an hour for any transaction
