The worst customer service of any Wells Fargo it is unreal how they treat a long time customer. Would not recommend this branch.
All the employees there are lazy women! How did they even get to work in a bank with people?! They take a 10 minute break every 15 minutes! Very bad experience, I don't recommend it to anyone!
Waited over 45 minutes to see a banker. I would understand if they are super busy or have lots of appointments . But there are two employees/managers greeting people, and tapping their fingers on a high desk while customers wait to see a banker
Long time wait for notary they told me wait 10/15 minute only …manger no responsibility.. also all officers no respect. .drive thru..... they don’t care about customer.. .. very bed service .. 3/3/25 sucks bank I never seen in my life .. even manager they don’t no how to take care customer service.. bed attitude
