The slowest branch i ever been to, line damn near out the door no sense of urgency, when it comes to customers waiting in line
I had an appointment but arrived just a few minutes late. No one greeted me when I walked in. I approached one of the bankers to let her know I had an appointment, but instead of offering any assistance, she only told me I was late. Meanwhile, the banker I was scheduled to see was already with another client, so I was left sitting and waiting without any help or clear direction. Very poor customer service—no courtesy, no professionalism, and no effort to accommodate or even acknowledge me properly.
Came in to get a form notarized for work. The banker “helping me” made me feel like I was a criminal. I felt completely violated when she pulled up my banking information and ‘checked out my profile’. This was super weird. I see why they have a low score. I should have taken a lollipop for my troubles. Funny: so she pulled up my account and didn’t notice that my address was different. But to be fair, She’s new to this.
