Rudest, unwilling to assist and corporate with their customers. I was able to step out on my lunch break to get something done with my partner, except i was met with an disrespectful attitude who said without an appointment i wouldn’t be helped. There was no one there! Just kiking on your phone and chatting with your coworker instead of doing your job, no wonder this company is failing. Since when is it required to have an appointment? Never got any noticed.

Great customer service near Christmas eve. Smiles on the employees and happy to help us.
Poor management. Only 2 tellers and 10 people waiting. Ive come to this branch during lunch and after lunch hours and it is always the same. They dont stagger their staff properly and the wait lines are quite outrageous
