Regardless the branch, very poor service, the representatives reading the same text from a page and not really trying to solve any issue. Keep away from Fargo!
The people that work here are very inattentive, unprofessional, and have very bad customer service. They didn’t acknowledge me or ask what I needed help with, but when this couple walked in, they were quick to assist them, so I left . I would even say they discriminate people. I don’t recommend this place.
Christy’s the best! She’s very helpful!
I never leave reviews but I just had the most delightful and helpful bank teller. Somebody give Christy a raise!
They are working very slow and don't provide the restroom for the customers. Imagine you on my place :-(
