Today I had a wonderful experience at this location of Wells Fargo. Someone greeted me as soon as I walked in and told me where I should wait. The banker James Hudson was busy with other customers, seemed to be making sure they got what they needed. The branch manager Kris Rogers apologized for the wait. Both were very polite and professional. Top notch customer service.
It’s a Friday they only have two tellers like who does that. Then this man had the audacity to tell me I had to wait until the lobby was clear for him to assist me in the drive thru because it’s first come first serve. I have never been to a bank where the drive thru wasn’t first priority and he didn’t even have good customer service skills he could’ve multi tasked all I needed was some 5’s for teacher appreciation. Absolutely do not do business here. We have been with Wells fargo since the day they bought our bank back in 2008. Wachovia was bought and were there for 15 plus years. Now this ridiculous branch never returns phone calls. "I'll call you back in an hour." Two weeks go by and still no one ever returns a phone call. Tell you they approved you, nothing ever comes through. We have over 800 credit scores and they can't even get documentation correct to finish a simple application. Completely incompetent. I had bad experience today with the teller named Fernando , I lost MORE THAN ONE hour there , so I do not come back to this branch while i see Fernando there .
