There is an afro American girl there that looks really rude with customers today Thursday she acted really unprofessional with me and whenever I did the complain start to laughing I said it’s not funny but she continued to do the same 🤔 the manager has to change her and send her to work back not in front desk

Very dishonest, Alex was the teller who lied to the manager claiming that I snatched the receipt from her and left before she could give my cash back from a deposit. The manager said they do not have access to the camera to check and apologize that I had to come back but not for the rude, dishonest employee withholding my change
