Great customer service! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman (Marcus) and asked if I needed assistance and I told him yes. Although he informed me he had an appointment coming in at the time I was there and he referred me to his partner (Jared) who got me in an out of there in no time. Knew the answer to every question I asked! Can’t recommend this place enough!
They definitely need to work on their cusomer service skills. I shouldn't have to set an appointment online for assistance needed that a customer rep could handle, I was at this location and they told me in order to basically talk to them about my banking needs I had to set an appointment online first....... that's ridiculous! My last visit took me 25 minutes to cash a check. Please don't respond that I should send my information to any social anything website.
