They definitely need to work on their cusomer service skills. I shouldn't have to set an appointment online for assistance needed that a customer rep could handle, I was at this location and they told me in order to basically talk to them about my banking needs I had to set an appointment online first....... that's ridiculous! Everything is just wrong with Wells Fargo or this location. Second time I walked in requesting to open an account after having waited in line 30+minutes to be told I have to book an appointment. No customer restroom by the way when you could be there for hours. I finally booked an appointment, but the entire experience has been very frustrating to say the least as I should have told the very first time I needed an appointment and I should not have to wait 37minutes in line to be told to go home.
