Terrible bank tellers - when they're not refusing to help customers, the teller is sniping the pokemon machine right outside the kiosk. Truly terrible people working here.
This is the worst bank ever. After banking with them over 20 years when it came time to depend on them they failed so big. After multiple attempts of trying to get them to understand someone had repeatedly told them my account was hacked and it was imperative to change accounts. They said we dont need to do that. After 30,000 dollars was stolen they decided to give me back 4,000 back and said sorry for your loss then changed my account number. Never again!
Super helpful staff. We especially love Adriana's super warm personality and always trying to help us.
Everyone is very accommodating
Daisy was amazing in helping my parents and I get all our accounts in order. After a terrible experience at another location, I was ready to give up on Wells Fargo after 35 years with them. She made everything very easy and was super personable and patient with my old folks. Thanks so much!
