Negative 5 stars. There are constantly issues with their system and the ATMs especially. Recently I've had an ATM jam and effectively steal several hundred dollars that I deposited. Wells Fargo should have resolved this within one day but has stated it will be 10 business days and credited me with a .01$ to make up for their mistake. I'm considering legal action and I definitely will be closing my account.
I had such a great experience at Wells Fargo today! Trevor and Ana helped us open two accounts, and they were absolutely amazing—so helpful, positive, and efficient. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We truly had an outstanding experience thanks to them!
