Quick service when I needed something notarized.
Terrible service. Very unprofessional. Change staff and managment. Not everyone that makes a deposit is a criminal. Thats how it actually felt after 20 years being their customer. Took over 20 minutes to make a Deposit from one of my checks from a business that i own to my personal account. Terrible terrible terrible…. I am depositing funds into your bank NOT withdrawing. Closing all the accounts shortly.
Met the branch manager and personal banker to create a new account. They were very helpful. They made the process painless.
Bank advisor clueless about offers, terms and inputting information. Went in to upgrade savings and a month later found out offer was not applied, account not upgraded .
Terrible service, I waited almost an hour. But no one attended to me, I think it was because of the humble way of dressing. They should have staff that does not focus on appearances. I simply do not recommend this place.
