I am part of a club on FGCU campus. We worked with Jaime Long and she was excellent!!! I know the club accounts are a bit niche and she was very knowledgeable and she was very thorough to explain the process. Jaime also helped to link the account to online banking, which she did not have to do! She deserves a promotion because I have even worked with Premiers at other branches that were not anywhere close to as knowledgeable as she was! Poor customer service. In the branch or on the phone. Try and call anyone there. THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER
20+ year customer here. It wasn't always this bad but all I see now is too many over payed desk people twiddling their thumbs and not enough tellers to take care of the walk-ins. Wait times are too great and I just ended up walking out today due to waiting. Lousy way to treat deposit customers.
