This happens to be the worst bank around. Seems like Wells Fargo is going in the directions of not handling the client properly.
Wells Fargo bank has always treated me well but I would love to give a shout out to Eridet at the Germantown branch! She's the sweetest most patient teller I've ever had. She always helps me when I'm fumbling around (senior moments) and always makes me feel like I'm not an annoyance. I've been banking with WF for years and wouldn't change a thing.
I walked in and was greeted by the teller, after telling the teller what I had come in for she had me sit down with Marco Soto. He was amazing and I had a first class experience overall. Very patient, professional, good listener and super engaging. Got everything I needed done with no bumps. Thank you so much for an easy experience.
