Breanna the manager wasted my time and doesn’t know who to do her job. I went in to get bank statements and because the account was closed Brianna advised me I had to call the main call center and they would tell me how to Fed Ex the docs in. I called and had to be transferred to three different supervisors to learn that I in fact did NOT have to FedEx them in and would need instead to take them for upload to another local branch.
