I told Andrew Rodney to remove himself as my banker. He added himself to my account without me knowing, and then did a terrible job at a variety of things. I asked him to remove himself from my account 10+ times. Every few weeks or months, when I log in, he has been assigned again as my banker. It's been well over a year, and here we find ourselves again. I'm over it.

Misfortune to deal with this organization. Bought a car, took the dealership loan out the door (Wells Fargo). Refinanced within a month of course. Received a 10 day pay off from Wells Fargo, went to my bank and got a check. Walked ACROSS the street and paid Wells Fargo. Got a Receipt, paid in full! The branch took multiple days to process the check, then receive payment from my bank. Miserable branch. Acted like I was bothering them. Then said I would need an appointment to do my banking. I’ve been banking for 30 years I’ve never once made an appointment. Awfully rich service coming from a company that got in trouble for opening accounts in customers’ names…
