Dawn was very rude at the counter. Zen was great.
Misfortune to deal with this organization. Bought a car, took the dealership loan out the door (Wells Fargo). Refinanced within a month of course. Received a 10 day pay off from Wells Fargo, went to my bank and got a check. Walked ACROSS the street and paid Wells Fargo. Got a Receipt, paid in full! The branch took multiple days to process the check, then receive payment from my bank. The whole time, they kept charging interest on the loan and my refunded (overpayment) amount dwindled to almost nothing. A bank that does this ... read more
Miserable branch. Acted like I was bothering them. Then said I would need an appointment to do my banking. I’ve been banking for 30 years I’ve never once made an appointment. Awfully rich service coming from a company that got in trouble for opening accounts in customers’ names…
