When banks become to big to fail, they also become to big to care. These banks are so big they could care less about any group of customer.
Special shout out to the branch manager and is coworker Juan for having zero understanding of the term customer service. I showed up to today after visiting for a third time and after calling and verifying they were open and available. Only for the branch manager to completely ignore me and send his coworker to to inform me that he had an appointment in 45 minutes so he would not be able to see me. Fine for ATM transactions, and they can do slightly more complicated things than an ATM if you go inside. But they don't have any "bankers" here anymore, so they don't offer a lot of services. Mostly just a glorified ATM.
Poor service. Won’t issue cashiers check.
