Wells Fargo bank is a joke, terrible service, terrible fees, long lines, no drive through option. I really wish it was easier to switch banks.
I don't usually bank at this location, but it was on my way. Every person that entered that location on 2/4/24 (99th& Thunderbird) was very welcoming, and willing to help in any way. I was there to do a withdrawal, the teller Gwen was very happy to help, very courteous and took care of my transaction. Gwen is a 5 Star employee, Thank you!
been going to this bank for months and there's never a line, always plenty of tellers, all very friendly, love my new local bank! :) p.s. I guess i was getting lucky, because when there is a line it takes forever because it seems like every customer has some sort of issue and it takes way longer than it should! On 12/30 I came in today for a notary and the girl greeting everyone said she does not have one available. She sent me to a different business but I told her I did not want to pay for the service because I know Wells Fargo does it for free. She then told me to go to a different branch on bell road and I asked her if she could call so that way I’m not driving around and wasting my time and she responded that “I don’t have to call,” and to just go and see if the notary is there.
