Wells Fargo bank is a joke, terrible service, terrible fees, long lines, no drive through option. I really wish it was easier to switch banks.
I don't usually bank at this location, but it was on my way. Every person that entered that location on 2/4/24 (99th& Thunderbird) was very welcoming, and willing to help in any way. I was there to do a withdrawal, the teller Gwen was very happy to help, very courteous and took care of my transaction. Gwen is a 5 Star employee, Thank you!
been going to this bank for months and there's never a line, always plenty of tellers, all very friendly, love my new local bank! :) p.s. I guess i was getting lucky, because when there is a line it takes forever because it seems like every customer has some sort of issue and it takes way longer than it should! Very common to see people there talking with the teller with a stack of papers or a folder or passing them their phone...it's never just a quick deposit or withdrawal, it's always something they should be talking to a... read more
