I would give 4 starts because my personal experience with the teller Elina was super friendly and helpful, Madison on the other hand was extremely rude and unprofessional towards the person she was assisting, they clearly had a language barrier and would just raise her tone and look annoyed rather then be helpful, it was very uncomfortable and honestly disappointing to see someone who represents the bank treat another person that way, giving absolutely no desire to come back to this branch
Every time I come here I have to spend 30 min waiting for a teller. This is just absolutely ridiculous. This branch doesn’t have enough employees up front. 2 star is just because I like Wells Fargo as a system. This branch is just terrible…
