Every time I come here I have to spend 30 min waiting for a teller. This is just absolutely ridiculous. This branch doesn’t have enough employees up front. 2 star is just because I like Wells Fargo as a system. This branch is just terrible…
Mobile app does not work, stopped by the branch. Three bankers are chatting between themselves to finally pay attention and explain that the only banker that could help is out today, would come tomorrow and call me back first thing in the morning. One week fast forward, nobody called.
Yimei is amazing. She’s so kind and helpful. I visited this branch to get cash (newer bills) for international travel, she did her best to make sure that I get what I requested… 5 stars for her!! :)
The private client banker was very nice and helped me open a business checking account and credit card. The process did not take long at all and teller accepted cash for initial deposit.
