I will never go to this Wells Fargo again ive b6a customer since 2013 I went to this branch for the first time to deposit my paycheck and since it was my first time at this branch Cynthia decided she wouldn't deposit my check I told her ive never had the this problem before and she told me it's up to the teller and doesn't do that again I will never go back to this location

My CD matured and it was a simple process to close and transfer the funds. Brandon was great. Took less than 10 minutes. Saved me a trip there.
All of the tellers and management are very kind. Only issue (that is out of their control) is the company needs to pay people better so that there are more than 2 employees handling a very long line. Again, the employees are very nice and are doing as good as a job as they can. However, management or corporate needs to solve their manning issues.
Horrible customer service. The teller spoke to me in a very condescending tone and appeared to be rushing me out. I needed to speak to a banker and she want even listening to what I was saying. I understand why others have had similar experiences.
