There are accounts with NO access! I have 2 mortgages at Wells Fargo that are the equivalent of Schrödinger's Dog, they will give no access to, I can get statements of the past, but today I don't know if the account is alive or dead. If I want to find out I can drive 1.5h to town, schedule an appointment with a banker, give 2 forms of ID and then look at the bankers monitor over their shoulder... This qualifies as "easy to access accounts from anywhere" as stated on their website.
Never in my life have I been treated with the service I received today. I arrived at 2:00pm to get a replacement cashier check. Waited in the teller line for 30 minutes get to the window and the lady is not sure what to do so she has me sit to wait for a banker. As im sitting 30 minutes pass before anyone acknowledges me. A lady with a iPad puts my name down as a walk in. I proceed to wait over 2 hours, during this 2 hours I asked to witness another customers transfer of documents. I will never go to this Wells Fargo again ive b6a customer since 2013 I went to this branch for the first time to deposit my paycheck and since it was my first time at this branch Cynthia decided she wouldn't deposit my check I told her ive never had the this problem before and she told me it's up to the teller and doesn't do that again I will never go back to this location
