Getting better... – I've been going there for a year, and they've definitely improved. They used to have the RUDEST staff I've ever encountered in a bank, but I think they fired most of them. Now, after several complaints, they're a lot friendlier and more helpful. If you need change though, they hardly keep any up front and will make you wait for over 30 minutes sometimes so they can go to the vault. I'm back with Bank of America.
