John was so helpful and kind! He made everything super easy for us when we needed to update some things on our Oxford House account. Total pro. The tellers are always efficient and friendly too. And many of them are multilingual! Glad to have this place in my neighborhood.
Bankers doesn't even know how interest rates work. She had to look it up on the internet and explain it to me. She then continues to explain they are not allowed to "do any math" or make any promises. Imagine a banker has to do banking math. I would assume customers can expect a banker to provide a simple, theoretical example to explain given deposit A, the account will have B at the end of the term according to whatever advertisement the bank is promoting. Good customer service
I've really only used the atm on numerous occasions and I did get money. Well, except for that one time I went late at night and discovered they don't allow late night transactions at atm. I dont blame them for that though. The area can be shady even during the day.
