I just went in to use atm. The lobby was clean, well lit, secure. It can fit about 2 people. Not very huge area. There was a guy in front of me I was waiting for. I didn't realize he was going to take so long and I felt bad being right behind him. But anyway, was decent for my needs that day. Ample parking in the lot. Handicap spaces available.
I am really disappointed with the way Wells Fargo treats customers like me. My account and the money in it was blocked because they requested a document and Wells Fargo was not satisfied with what I sent to them twice. They required these forms because I moved from another country to USA many years ago.
Waited in line for 15 min to be told that they don’t currently have a notary on staff. Banks are required to have a notary on staff for all shifts.
