I don’t have an account at Wells Fargo but for months I was able to deposit cash into my landlord’s personal checking account and today they said I’m not able to? Ridiculous, this is why capital one is better than y’all.

Had an appointment for 3pm, they acted surprised when I showed up. Completely unprofessional managers and team at this branch. Poor experience compared to other WF branches.
Terrible service. Went in for a simple name change and they acted as if they were too busy and that I needed an appointment. Everyone’s attitude was nasty and the bank was rundown. Moving every penny out.
