Had an appointment for 3pm, they acted surprised when I showed up. Completely unprofessional managers and team at this branch. Poor experience compared to other WF branches.
Terrible service. Went in for a simple name change and they acted as if they were too busy and that I needed an appointment. Everyone’s attitude was nasty and the bank was rundown. Moving every penny out.
Wells Fargo deserves 0 stars. My recommendation is not to bank or consider banking with them ever. From systems that don't function properly to customer service that is unable to resolve issues...you have been warned. Nice employees, helpful, thorough.
There is a lady in front desk that always when I go for asking something she tells me go please online and find out your answer… come on if I am coming to the location meaning that there is something that I am not able to do it online so please kindly allow me to meet a banker…
