Leandra was super nice and helped me get exactly what I needed!
Had an appointment for 3pm, they acted surprised when I showed up. Completely unprofessional managers and team at this branch. Poor experience compared to other WF branches.
Terrible service. Went in for a simple name change and they acted as if they were too busy and that I needed an appointment. Everyone’s attitude was nasty and the bank was rundown. Moving every penny out.
Wells Fargo deserves 0 stars. My recommendation is not to bank or consider banking with them ever. From systems that don't function properly to customer service that is unable to resolve issues...you have been warned.
