Exceptional customer service tellers are amazingly educated and knowledgeable. Ms. Monica and the rest of the team are very helpful.

My dad and I had been trying to get our schedules together to go to Wells Fargo for many weeks and finally we did. We go to this branch, it's closest to his home, around lunch time on Thursday. Apparently they have only one office person working who likes to take lunch when everyone else does. Customer service is knowing people leave their jobs at lunch to get their personal business completed! No backup person to assist and we weren't applying for anything!!
