Each time, the staff, including management, told me that they could not print the transaction history because it was against the bank's policy. Wells Fargo has been one of the most frustrating banking experiences I have ever had. I deposited a paycheck that I received for legitimate work I performed. Months later, I received a letter claiming the check was fraudulent, and Wells Fargo simply removed the money from my account. What is most shocking is that no one could explain what investigation was conducted, what evidence was reviewed, or why the decision was made. Been banking here for long time. They have the best customer service, staff is always very helpful. Doing deposit and withdrawing my money, they have easy atm machine to use, and great checking and savings account I love it here
