Wells Fargo Bank Buckeye, Az. demonstrated a perfect example of NOT caring for their customers today, 5/9/2020. There was a line of customers outside (9 people), and the customer service rep locked the doors without warning. Common practice would be to have the individual go to the end of the line and inform people coming to the line "No new customers are being allowed, as it is closing time". I had a car smash into my house and I deposited the insurance check on Sat and the check is on hold until Wed when I have been a customer over 20 years and have many times the amount of this check in my accounts with them. I call and of course I get someone from the Philippines lying to me and saying it's not on hold but because deposited on a Sat. WHY TIL WED? You can take your BS and shove it as I'm closing my accounts TODAY!
I just opened a bank acct. N it was great . Excellent customer service. I will recomend Wells to everyone:)
