This place is a joke. The drive-up ATM has not worked for over a month and that is pretty frustrating. They have made little effort to fix the problem and I don’t really care that there’s a second ATM. I feel safer being able to drive up to the ATM rather than having to get out of my car. You are a national bank with millions and billions of dollars fix your damn equipment. It’s that simple or I’m gonna bank somewhere else.
The bank manager has been there for many years and the staff have always been very helpful. They say hello and recognize me every time I walk in with myself or others from my family. In my opinion this is one of the better banks in the Leesburg VA area.
I had a wonderful experience this afternoon at this WF branch on Village Market Blvd. in Leesburg. The bank associate that assisted me was Mirza. He had a very positive attitude and him along with two other associates greeted me with a friendly smile and hello upon my arrival. Moreover, throughout my transaction Mirza ensured that all the needs that I came in for were adequately addressed. He was very friendly and attentive.
