I have been a customer for a long time. Their service is excellent. Their personnel have helped me in many situations. Years ago I visited the bank to get funds for a family trip to Europe, later that day I left on that trip. While gone I realized I had lost a credit card. After enabling my phone for ‘long’ long distance, I called WF. They answered with, “Mrs. Suder, do not worry, we have it. Enjoy your trip.”
Horrible service takes 30 minutes to get a cashier check
This place is a joke. The drive-up ATM has not worked for over a month and that is pretty frustrating. They have made little effort to fix the problem and I don’t really care that there’s a second ATM. I feel safer being able to drive up to the ATM rather than having to get out of my car. You are a national bank with millions and billions of dollars fix your damn equipment. It’s that simple or I’m gonna bank somewhere else.
