Very welcoming branch. I stopped by today to get some cash and was helped quickly and professionally. The service was friendly and efficient, and Maddy was especially helpful.
I stopped in for what should have been a simple cash withdrawal while my three young boys were napping at home with my wife before her next work meeting. If you value your time, privacy, and dignity, stay far away from this Wells Fargo location. This ATM has a $500 option for cash retrieval but won’t let you use it. The ATM did let me take out $200 3 times. It has nothing to do with the machine, the bank I’m sure just wants the fees. Gross.
Cannot get a straight answer on the phone. It is absolute terrible service.
