I've been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I've had at one of their branches. I stopped by this location because I was already in the area and needed a document notarized—a service that banks commonly provide for their customers. The branch wasn't busy at all, and there were employees available, but they simply didn't want to help. Instead, I was told to go to the UPS Store. Terrible customer service. Stood in line for 15 min to get change for our business. Tells me I need to have a check to make change. Tells me maybe this is the right location. Avoid this Wells Fargo at all costs
