Terrible customer service at Preston & Parker location. They are very rude and arrogant. Mr. Awad Rashid, the branch manager, is even worse. Never go back to this place again. Nothing damages a business more than when a staff handles poorly and then manager backs her up that I experienced it in this location . Mj or whatever her name is was no help at all, she couldn't explain to me why I couldn't cash a check there and was very snarky! Do I need to walk in with a suit for better customer service?!

I've been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I've had at one of their branches. I stopped by this location because I was already in the area and needed a document notarized—a service that banks commonly provide for their customers. The branch wasn't busy at all, and there were employees available, but they simply didn't want to help. Instead, I was told to go to the UPS Store.
