I've been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I've had at one of their branches. I stopped by this location because I was already in the area and needed a document notarized—a service that banks commonly provide for their customers. Terrible customer service. Stood in line for 15 min to get change for our business. Tells me I need to have a check to make change. Tells me maybe this is the right location. Avoid this Wells Fargo at all costs

Very welcoming branch. I stopped by today to get some cash and was helped quickly and professionally. The service was friendly and efficient, and Maddy was especially helpful.
I stopped in for what should have been a simple cash withdrawal while my three young boys were napping at home with my wife before her next work meeting. I didn’t bring my phone — just ran out quickly with my debit card and Texas ID. The transaction started off normal: card in, PIN entered, ID shown.
