No drive through. No banker. Short staffed. Unhelpful and poor listening. Had to beg repeatedly for alternatives beyond finding another branch. Finally, an 800 phone number! Incompetence overload. Do not go here.
Can you take off the yellow blocking sticks you have when you enter the drive thru area? I came back here looking into using the drive thru to discover there is only a pathway to the ATM and now I’m stuck behind a car that is using the ATM and I can’t pass through 😭😭😭

So frustrating to come in to a bank and have only one teller. I understand that customer service no longer matters in the banking industry but they should at least be able to help customers in a timely manner. I’ve been here 10 minutes already, with no hope in sight. There are at least 4 other employees here, and it’s annoying.
