Jenny at front teller is so rude, not helpful, I was there couple of times, and she is the same, awful behavior, I love wells Fargo, but the service like she giving to people is awful, always in bad moon,
Great.. i called for help and the person i forgot her my bad but she is able to help me with all the information i needed and she also called me bank after checking other banks great help from help desk
Bad service specially an arrogant cashier who was not able to do her job so I had to walk out and reached another branch for help. Get some training Mi.....
I had an appointment with them and i was late 10 minutes. And they gave my appointment to someone else and said that they can’t do anything about it since they already gave it to someone else. And i had to leave because they had only one person that took appointments
