I had an appointment with them and i was late 10 minutes. And they gave my appointment to someone else and said that they can’t do anything about it since they already gave it to someone else. And i had to leave because they had only one person that took appointments

Coleton is rude, not helpful. I had an appointment with him, he didn't greet, smile and look the whole time. He didn't explain things clearly but I had to press yes to go through the procedures. While I wanted to cancel one of my accounts, he told me I need to transfer the money online and wait 24 hours then call the customer service or I came back tmw. But teller said he could do it today.
