I went to the bank to open an account. Waited for 10 minutes and went to talk with a banker. After going through all documents, I was told that it took an hour to open an account and she had another appointment coming up. She said to come back an hour and half later. What a waste of time! If you knew you couldn’t help me, why not just tell me upfront?
I had the worst experience at this Wells Fargo today. I had an appointment at 10am with a notary. I called to schedule this appointment and the person who scheduled it did ask during scheduling what my appointment was for. I specifically said I had home closing documents to be notarized. I arrived before 10am and waited to get called into my appointment.
