This is one of the best WF branches I've used in the DFW area. I wanted to acknowledge Michael Jester for excellent customer service. He went above-and-beyond to help me after the bank made a mistake on my account.
Bank has a sign saying it's temporarily closed and did not give any reason even though google states it's open.
Worst experience I have ever had. Come to recut a cashier's check. Clerk told me that needs a manager signature. But, they don't have a manager on-site. Send me down the road, and there is no manager at this place neither.
