I’ve never into this bank that a banker is available. Frisco branch is way better & more accommodating.
Hire more employees! Waited over 20 minutes for making a deposit. There was only one teller and open drive through
Rude and Lazy, they act like they’re doing you a favor. Hire some adults who have experience.
Very bad customer service. I called the branch multiple times and there is no answer. I made an international express money transfer yesterday and they told the money was going to be available yesterday afternoon and as right now the money is not there. I called their customer service and they told the transaction will take 5-7 days which is not what the branch banker told me.
