Only one banker has to do the customer service, takes forever to get the service
My husband and I just left this location, and we were both so pleased with Chet’s service! Chet was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better banker. We originally chose this branch because it’s open on Saturdays, which was incredibly convenient for our schedules. Even though there are a few locations much closer to our home, we’ll absolutely be making the drive to this branch from now on. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Chet!
I bank with them and very humble and the staff is very professional
Very unprofessional team at this location I was at this location about a week ago for some business lending options the lady (Megan) that assisted me told me that the lending team reaches out to you it’s been a week no emails no phone calls.
