Very unprofessional team at this location I was at this location about a week ago for some business lending options the lady (Megan) that assisted me told me that the lending team reaches out to you it’s been a week no emails no phone calls.
Teller was very rude, felt bad for him that he had to work at a place that made him behave that way… not enough bankers either. Worst branch I’ve ever been to.
Very good
I’ve never into this bank that a banker is available. Frisco branch is way better & more accommodating.
