Rude and Lazy, they act like they’re doing you a favor. Hire some adults who have experience.
Very bad customer service. I called the branch multiple times and there is no answer. I made an international express money transfer yesterday and they told the money was going to be available yesterday afternoon and as right now the money is not there. I called their customer service and they told the transaction will take 5-7 days which is not what the branch banker told me.
Tellers were not very helpful at all. We told them exactly what we were there for and pretty much got the run around.
The bankers and tellers were polite, professional and very nice. If you use WF this is a great branch to use and I highly recommend them for taking extra time to help out people with their banking needs.
