Two tellers this morning, zero customer service. I walked up and the white guy didn’t even say anything. He pointed hood finger for me to go to the other guy. Other guy was better, but still a little had a little attitude. The name of the guy that still is working there with an attitude is RODNEY M.
To begin, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the unprofessional conduct exhibited by a bank teller named Rodney M on June 27, 2025, at 4:46 PM. During my business transaction, Rodney appeared to view the task of providing change for my business account as an inconvenience. Something is wrong at Wells Fargo. They have closed their drive through. Only one teller with bankers sitting around doing nothing. People leaving because they cannot get service. I am not happy as a long term customer.
Walked in with an attempt to open an account. Standing waiting there for about 10 min--no one was at the counter or lobby. A ghost town. 10 min later a banker came out to say they couldn't help us because they will close in 35 min. He didn't offer to make an appointment or give us a link to do it online, etc. He just couldn't wait to get out of there. We visited another bank a block away instead. It was a night and day difference!! Go find another bank where you can get reasonable services!
