Arrived early in the morning. Only 1 person at the teller and 1 at a cube, but 3 others were available. I was trying to open a bank account for my son and Rodney M. rolled his eyes (seriously!!) and told me I needed an appointment. Not giving my business to this terrible bank.
Wells Fargo Auto associate their service with fraudulent dealerships. Autos of Dallas Irving to be exact. I do not recommend get a car with above place or financing with this bank.
Been with chase for years moved to Texas switched to wells Fargo this branch is great was easy setting up account and transfer . The tellers inside young gentleman were very helpful and has been the fast couple weeks thanks guys at gals at wells
I had a negative experience with an employee named Rodney at the Wells Fargo location. Rodney was rude, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful, demonstrating poor customer service that made me feel unwelcome. This is not acceptable from a Wells Fargo representative. Please address this promptly to prevent similar situations for other customers.
Love this branch. Been coming here for over two years the tellers Mychal and Rodney have always taken great care of me. The men are both Professional and very attentive.
