From the start, he was so patient and professional, really taking the time to help me get my account sorted out. What impressed me the most was how knowledgeable and proactive he was he made sure everything was handled quickly, even with the time sensitivity. I’m truly grateful for his help. Two tellers this morning, zero customer service. I walked up and the white guy didn’t even say anything. He pointed hood finger for me to go to the other guy. Other guy was better, but still a little had a little attitude.

I did not have a good experience at this particular Wells Fargo. The customer service was poor. I was needing something notarized and asked how I went about getting that done. The bank teller informed me that he didn't do that and I would have to wait on the person in an office but that he was on a phone call. I asked if I could wait for him to finish and be stated no, that he would be in meetings and would not be available. Worst bank of all of America alot of overdraft fees and they might just mess around and permanently hold all of your money and no matter how hard you try getting ur money back it doesn’t work cause the banker tells you to call customer service and customer service tells u to talk a banker
