I had a negative experience with an employee named Rodney at the Wells Fargo location. Rodney was rude, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful, demonstrating poor customer service that made me feel unwelcome. This is not acceptable from a Wells Fargo representative. Please address this promptly to prevent similar situations for other customers.
Love this branch. Been coming here for over two years the tellers Mychal and Rodney have always taken great care of me. The men are both Professional and very attentive.

Two tellers this morning, zero customer service. I walked up and the white guy didn’t even say anything. He pointed hood finger for me to go to the other guy. Other guy was better, but still a little had a little attitude. The name of the guy that still is working there with an attitude is RODNEY M.
