I left the parking lot by the drive thru and totaled my Tesla because of that pitch in the exit... Ridiculous, must be a common theme with all Wells Fargo bank locations from Dallas to Corpus Christi... You're a multi billion dollar bank, learn how to keep customers safe and resolve matters with property management companies. Absolutely rubbish.
If you have the unfortunate luck of being helped by Rodney M., I suggest you either not have a lot you need done or ask to wait for the next teller. I came in today and was greeted with a "what do you need?" by Rodney M. and when I explained what I needed, he rolled his eyes and said "yeah I can't do anything, wait for a banker." Sorry Rodney M., that I came into the branch today of a bank because I needed some help with my bank account. I'll be sure to not inconvenience you again.
Very bad service there is no staff willing to work to solve customer problems I'm going to another headquarters
