Very bad service there is no staff willing to work to solve customer problems I'm going to another headquarters
Rodney was amazing alway tacking care of us!
Came in to cash a check (they are the issuing bank) today & was not impressed with Rodney’s customer service. I am not a member there so I’m assuming that’s why I was spoken to differently than other people there or maybe it was something else about me that he looked down upon. His tone & body language was very obvious. I work with people everyday myself and would never make anyone feel that way…do better.
Deposited a check quickly and easily. I got in and out just before 3pm.
Arrived early in the morning. Only 1 person at the teller and 1 at a cube, but 3 others were available. I was trying to open a bank account for my son and Rodney M. rolled his eyes (seriously!!) and told me I needed an appointment. Not giving my business to this terrible bank.
