Received a letter from Wells Fargo which said to bring the letter to a branch. I brought it to this branch and the manger clearly didn’t want to service me as he told me he couldn’t help me although the letter said otherwise.
Unfortunately this location is closest to my house and today I needed cash very fast before my work and supposed to stop here and was hoping that Mychal R. With dirty long nails is not there, but no luck he was there and line was so long and got him again, but he was more rude than last time which is unacceptable !!! And I don’t understand why management don’t do nothing with that , they have 2.7 star on google 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ not only me are very disappointed with their service…
