Bad customer service they want make appointment before I walk in
I’m glad I came to this branch to open a joint checking account with my wife. Tia answered all our questions and she walked us through the online enrollment. The overall experience at the branch was great, very recommended.
I came in asking to add name to ExpressSend. The teller was very nice. But the banker told teller to tell me that she would have a business client in 15 minutes and cannot help me. I work nearny so i thought i walked there doing quick. The banker stood right there without even direct her response to me. Maybe bc I'm Asian? The teller was very nice to be honest.
