I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 1997. I've been to Fargo branches in many cities and states. I understand that times have changed and going to the bank is an outdated activity but i would assume that the remaining reasons to go to the bank would be a top customer service priority. Anyone can bank on a mobile device, making customer service KEY. What does Wells Fargo bring to the table in terms of customer service... nothing. At least not at this branch.
